Shaker Table
Above is a slide show displaying the making and process of a shaker table. I built this shaker table for my furniture materials and techniques class. We were given the basic instructions on how to build the table and given the freedom to finish it however we wanted and to create our own laser cut design. The main goal for this project was to stick to the building schedule, that of which I did so successfully. I finished the table with a natural oil and a teal stain. The laser cut is of my professor, John Pierson, as an alien because he was a fun an wacky dude.

bent table
I first modeled my wood bent table in Sketchup. I then proceeded to take on the project in real life. I made some minor adjustments to the design and even added a component.
Red Cedar box
Above is a box I made out of red cedar wood. I made the box so I could carry around utensils in it. I put latches on the side to secure the box and will be adding a handle to the top for easier transportation.
